| My panorama images are created from several
individual images which are then manually fitted and blended together.
The panoramas end up being 12" high and as much as 81 inches
long at 250 ppi. Usually some careful perspective manipulation is
required to get things to match up properly. The automatic panorama
assembling software that comes with many digital cameras never gives
results as good as doing all the work manually. These wide images
provide a unique perspective on what can be seen at a location. They
make good banner strips for web pages and interesting graphic elements
for brochures and ads. They never fail to catch the eye. |
